Design Service Cancellation

If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation or design service, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee as specified in your service agreement.

  • Consultation fees may be refunded if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment
  • Design fees are typically non-refundable once design work has commenced, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement
  • Partial refunds may be considered if services are terminated before completion, based on work completed and expenses incurred

Design Revision Policy

We include a specified number of design revisions in our service packages. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur additional fees. Revision requests must be submitted within the timeframe specified in your service agreement.
